Bali is famous for all types of Yoga. There are many special classes for particular types of yoga. Among all kinds, Vinyasa Yoga is one of the famous types of Yoga. The word “Vinyasa” means the “Breathing System”, implying that this Yoga type is related to our breathing system. In general, all the trainers say that without Vinyasa, don’t do any asana. It simply means breathing movement, and all the types of Yogasana are assigned a particular number of Vinyasa.

In Bali, there are many retreats/Classes and Centers where this kind of Yoga is taught. Some of them are exclusively for this type of Yoga. Few of them are as below:

Any Yoga is always good for health. But of all forms of Yoga, Vinyasa is the special one. It has both physical as well as mental benefits. If considering physical benefits, then in this yoga types, sweat expels the toxins and re-energizes the body. It is good for body development. If considering the mental benefits, then this yoga type relaxes the mind, refreshes the mind, and helps to remove or release any blockage of the energy flow within the body.

If due to some reason you don’t like Vinyasa class, then don’t quit with just first experience, try again. There are some expectations from the candidates joining Vinyasa Yoga classes. Teacher expects a slow movement while taking any posture. Also breathing through this process is slow. Vinyasa classes always include the Sun Salutations. One can say that this is a kind of dance with synchronized movements and breathing that fulfill our desire.
