This workshop will help you start to advance your practice by opening the door to arm balancing and changing your perspective. Crow pose sets the foundation for Hand Stand, Forearm Stand, Side Crow and most other arm balances.
Crow also helps us find bravery and playfulness in our practice. As we begin to lift our feet off the ground, trusting other parts of our body to support us, we are building a new foundation from within
