Deepen Your Yoga Practice.
Hatha Yoga workshop with emphasis on Pranayama, Inversions and Yoga Nidra.
Enrich your practice through 2 1/2 hours of intensive hatha-yoga session
During this extended class, we will explore main classical Hatha Yoga postures (asanas) with an emphasis on inversions, breathing techniques (pranayama) and relaxation (Yoga Nidra).
Hatha Yoga places great importance on the practitioners’ state of being and attitude while encouraging the expansion of awareness to the body and the mind.
This workshop is interactive and slow-paced to provide space for questions and answers. Practitioners discuss a concept, see it demonstrated, and then try it themselves before moving onto the next concept. This workshop is an opportunity to interact on a personal level with Julia and, with her guidance, dissect your practice to facilitate a greater understanding of Hatha yoga’s complexity and brilliance.
This workshop is conducted for people who have been practicing yoga regularly for at least 1 year.
Notes will be given to you so that you can better understand the importance and benefits of pranayama and some of the asana poses.
This classical form of yoga is non-competitive and prepares the individual for dhyana, or meditation.
Hope to see you in this workshop and looking forward to share with you.
